The Flats Mentor Farm is a hands-on training mentoring farm for small, beginning farmers of diverse ethnic backgrounds located in Lancaster MA. We grow 20 acres of mainly Asian vegetables which are sold at 16 farmers’ markets in the Boston area and at area grocery stores and grower co-ops throughout the season.
